With the generosity of our kababayans who resides in the US of A and Canada, 35 canes and a new wheelchair was donated to the Padada Senior Citizens Association. The aforementioned equipments were personally handed over to the president of the association in the person of Mr. Simeon Español together with its officers like Mrs. Isabel Garrote, Mrs. Beth Pacaña and Mr. Lepasana. It was also witnessed by Ms. Inie Macasinag,  head of the local DSWD and councilors Mrs. Dina Artiaga, Mokong Sanchez and Mr. Noel Depalubos.

  

The said equipments are to be used exclusively for the members of the Padada Senior Citizens Association as stipulated in the notarized Deed of Donation. It was also agreed that after the equipment served the purpose of an individual, it must be returned to the association so others in need can use.  Prior to this, two wheelchairs were already donated and are now being used by its members.
